We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy: – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. – Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. – Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall company goals.
2. Team Management: – Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. – Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. – Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
3. Client Relationship Management: – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. – Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base. – Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing effective solutions.
4. Sales Operations: – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department. – Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. – Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of experience in sales. – Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar leadership role. – Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. – Strong leadership and team management skills. – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. – Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
